Two new thrillers have made their debut on digital platforms this week via Signature Entertainment, offering audiences distinct yet equally gripping takes on modern horror: the aquatic survival film Fear Below and the supernatural possession story It Feeds.
🦈 Fear Below – Mid-Century Crime Meets Nature Horror (2025)
Directed by Matthew Holmes, Fear Below is set in 1946 in the isolated waterways of the Australian outback. A team of divers is hired to recover a sunken vehicle but soon learns the real objective: retrieve stolen gold from a sunken getaway car linked to a gang of bank robbers.
As if that weren’t enough, the divers face a territorial bull shark — and the criminals above the surface are just as dangerous.
Starring Hermione Corfield, Jake Ryan, and Jacob Junior Nayinggul, the film blends period-accurate detail with claustrophobic tension. Co-written by Holmes and Gregory Moss, the story pits man against nature and man alike. Fear Below is now streaming and will be released on DVD June 9.

Written and directed by Chad Archibald, It Feeds takes place in a home setting where Jordan (Ashley Greene), a psychiatrist, attempts to help a troubled girl who insists she’s under attack by a mysterious entity. With the help of her clairvoyant mother, Jordan uncovers a deeper threat that transcends science and rational thought.
Featuring Shawn Ashmore, Mark Taylor, and Ellie O’Brien, the film weaves supernatural horror with psychological trauma, relying on minimal effects and confined spaces to heighten suspense.
