Get ready for a high-stakes thrill ride in Blindado, starring Sylvester Stallone, set to hit Brazilian cinemas on February 6. The film is distributed by Imagem Filmes and promises a gripping action-packed plot.
Directed by Justin Routt, Blindado follows James Brody (Jason Patric), an armored truck driver, and his son Casey (Josh Wiggins) as they transport millions of dollars between banks. But when a ruthless gang, led by Rook (Stallone), plans to hijack the truck and steal the fortune, everything goes wrong. After an intense chase, Rook corners the truck, forcing James and Casey to take refuge on an unstable bridge. They now face a race against time to prevent the criminals from completing their heist.
This time, Stallone is stepping into the role of a menacing villain, a shift from his usual heroic roles. Director Justin Routt praised Stallone’s performance: “Sylvester brings an intensity that few actors can match. He balances the strength of the villain with moments of vulnerability, creating a character the audience can’t ignore.
